Our Pigeon Hole Shepherd’s Hut offers dog friendly quirky glamping in 5 acres of woodland, adjacent to the lake. It was hand-built in 2021 by local craftsman Dicky Deans who works with sustainable materials. The accommodation offers a double bed, a fully-equipped bijou kitchen, a hobbit log burner and a compost loo. Enjoy woodland and lake views from the balcony or the outdoor dining space with fire pit and barbeque. The hot shower and flushing loos are a 3-minute walk away.

We had such a relaxing stay, it’s such a peaceful location and the hut itself is gorgeous, overlooking a lake and nice and secluded. Martin was very welcoming and the tennis court/swimming pool/games area all looked great too. Everything was spotless and well thought out.
