Coes Farm is a family-run, 500-year-old estate in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the High Weald, East Sussex.
The 50-acre farm includes formal gardens, lake, wild woodland, sheep, chickens, an organic cider orchard, and 7 acres of organic vines.
Our facilities include an indoor pool with hot tub, games room and tennis court.

Coes Farm makes natural wines. Natural wines are wines made with little or no intervention, relying on wild ferments with no added yeast, no filtration and no added sulphur. Whilst we are awaiting our first harvest on 2025 we have commissioned our winemaker, Daniel Ham at Offbeat to make a crisp Organic Chardonnay and an exciting Organic Pinot Noir Rosé in our house style.
